Rice with Chicken Breast and Chickpea

It is one of the most famous dishes, many people love it as it has different recipes to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • Diced chicken breast
  • 3 cups of rice
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Cooked Chickpea
  • Salt
  • 3 and a half cup of hot water
  • Oil

First fry the onion, then add the diced chicken. Add spices and mix it for a while. Add water and leave it till it boils. Then add the rice and chickpea and leave it (if it needs more water you may add more water). Close the lid, leave it on low fire till it is done. For those who prefer white rice, you may not put turmeric.
