Rice with Parmesan Cheese

Rice is one of the fundamentals in meals and many people desire to have it in their meals. It can be prepared in many ways, here we present recipe of Rice with Parmesan Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 2.5 cups chicken stock
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped celery for decoration
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 spoon tomato paste
  • 1 spoon dried parsley

Wash the rice meanwhile fry the oil. Add the rice, chicken stock, salt, tomato paste, and the parsley and mix it well. After 15 minutes as the water level lowers, add parmesan cheese and mix it again and close the lid. When it is ready it can be served on a big plate and decorated with celery.

Note: it can be prepared with chicken breast too.
